Charge
From UPSB
(Redirected from Tipped Charge)
Charge is a fundamental. The pen is held between two fingers and spins in a conic motion. Charge variations performed as in the Sonic Clip (Charge 13, Charge 24), along with Charge T1, were invented by Tohlz.
- Normal: The pen rotates in a clockwise motion (when your palm is facing you, right-handed performance) for any number of rotations.
- Reverse: The pen rotates in a counter-clockwise motion (when you palm is facing you, right-handed performance) for any number of rotations.

Written naming convention
Charge (Direction) (number of rotations) (finger slot)
When writing a Charge in breakdown form, the above convention will detail what happens throughout the entire trick.
- The name of the trick, Charge.
- The direction can be omitted. When direction is omitted, the trick is assumed to be a Charge Normal.
- The number of spins can be omitted. When the number of spins is omitted, the trick is assumed to have 1 rotation.
- The finger slot where the Charge is performed can be omitted. When the finger slot is omitted, the trick is assumed to be performed between the middle and ring fingers.

Tipped Charge
- Normal: the pen is held in the center between two fingers and slightly rocked in a see-saw motion. The pen does not change finger slots.
- Reverse: since the pen already rotates in two directions for this trick, there is currently no Reverse variation.
