Tohlz, also known as Toh L. Z. or Shawn Toh, is a moderator of the Universal Pen Spinning Board. He created the site PenstudioZ. He has also appeared in the UPSB/PenDolSa Collaboration video. He created the MonAmi JP Mod V1 (Final), previously known as a substitude for those without RSVP access, which later won the Kammy's Best Pen Modification Award.
Shawn is known to have started Continuous Backaround and for creating the HyperSonic, a Sonic combination so named for its high speed of execution. He is the inventor of Sonic Double 2x (now called Shadow 2.0 34-12) and the Sonic Clip hybrid. The Charge variations used within Sonic Clip were also invented by him (Charge 13, Charge 24). Some of his moves are inspired from other Hand Manipulations which includes Glowsticking, LighterTricks Manipulation, Xtreme Card Manipulation, Butterfly Knife Manipulation and Juggling.
He is currently inactive, enlisted in the National Service for his country.
